Welcome to BodyRepairManuals.com

BodyRepairManuals.com is a dedicated project focused on sourcing, preserving, and distributing body repair documentation for cars and vans — particularly models from now-defunct manufacturers and older generations where official data is hard to come by.

Our growing digital library contains hundreds of body repair manuals, structural repair guides, insurance-approved methods sheets, and replacement time data, covering a wide range of popular vehicle brands across multiple decades.

We specialise in the kind of technical documentation used by bodyshops, collision repair professionals, vehicle assessors, restorers, and anyone needing reliable, trade-level data — especially when working on vehicles without access to current or factory service information.

Body Repair Manuals & Structural Methods Guides

Our goal is to build the most comprehensive online archive of body and structural repair documentation, with materials spanning from the 1970s through to the early 2000s and beyond. Many of these files were once used by insurers, engineers, and body repairers throughout the UK and Europe.

Our collection includes detailed panel replacement guides, cut line diagrams, MET (Mechanical, Electrical & Trim) instructions, glazing procedures, corrosion protection details, paint and colour codes, and insurance-approved replacement time schedules.

We focus on preserving documents that are no longer actively published or supported, ensuring they remain accessible for those who still need them.

Contribution & Expansion

This archive is a long-term project and takes considerable time, effort, and financial resources to maintain and grow.

We welcome contributions from the automotive community — whether you’re an ex-repairer with old documentation or an enthusiast sitting on a rare methods guide, we’d love to hear from you. Use the Submit Content page if you have something to share.

Support the Project

BodyRepairManuals.com is entirely self-funded and operated by a small team committed to preserving this information before it’s lost for good.

To help cover hosting, maintenance, scanning equipment, and the time involved in processing each file, we ask for a £20 donation per download. This donation supports the storage, handling, and direct delivery of the PDF file to your inbox.

We do not sell copyrighted materials — we simply provide access to historically valuable documentation where it is not commercially available and offer our time and resources to make it accessible again.

Many of the files in our library have been acquired through private collections, auctions, and even visits to repair centres and training institutes. No effort is spared to locate rare or obscure manuals, and your donations allow us to keep that mission alive.

If you're looking for hard-to-find panel repair information, bodyshop reference guides, or structural repair sheets for your vehicle — you're in the right place.
